Backyard Campout July 3rd, 2008

Tyler and the boys camped out in the backyard, after reading some HP I was off to my own bed, camping is for the beach and mountains!

Can you believe that Ben can get just as dirty camping in the backyard as he can in the mountains? I brought him inside for a quick washup before letting him get in the sleeping bag.

As always Micah was the first one up!

July 3rd, 2008 our anilmal friends and Miss Peyton

Dancing Legs, June 28, 2008

I find myself always watching Miss Peyton's legs and feet. There is rarely a time when she is not pointing, flexing or rotating her feet. She is such a cute baby girl and I can picture her as a little dancer. I love my boys, they are so energetic and full of life and they are each very different and special. I also feel very blessed to have a little girl. She helps me feel like I have a kindred spirit in my house of boys!

More Charlotte

I have not been in a blogging mood, but I'll do a bit anyhow. Peyton had her 6 months pics taken at Sears yesterday. When we got there there was some problem and they said we had no appt. for us, ugghhh! So, since we were there and ready we waited, about 45 minutes. By then she was tired, the boys were horrifically bored and playing with props and Ben was standing on chairs and playing with the photo viewing computer. I was one of those times when you are really embarrassed my your kids behavior, but I couldn't blame them either. We go back Thursday for Ben's 3 yr pics. That could be good, so they can see what great kids I have, or bad, if there are more problems!!! Today is going to be a hard day, my 2 big boys are grounded today because they didn't come to the dinner table last night when called at least 5 times. We haven't been doing much, just swimming at my parents house mostly and I have been getting caught up on my digital scrapbooking.

Ok, these pics are of my dear sweet Charlotte. Her and Diego absolutely love one another. They play often and always take turns chasing each other. Getting her was great for Diego, he's having lots of fun with her.

Kids Day June 26, 2008

We had a ton of fun at Tyler's work. Every year they have kids day. This year we let the kids wait in line to go up in the um, whatever it's called! They loved it. We also got to make signs with the kids names on them out of actual road signs that they cut up. It was a very hot day but lots of fun.

Charlotte joins the Family!

Ok, so this one isn't Charlotte! My parents went camping and brought us home 6 beautiful trout and this is one of them before it got cooked. Thanks Mom and Larry, they were so yummy!

This is Charlotte when she first joined our family. Tyler makes a lot of visits to the members of our church ward because he is EQ pres. Anyhow, one of the families he visited had a cat that had kittens and there was one left, so guess who came home with the last kitty? Tyler, who claims he is not an animal lover. I love animals, kind of. I just see them now and all I seem to really see is more work for me. I said yes we could keep her though because I'm kind of a softie and I love my kiddos. She has been a pretty good cat though, aside from finding a few spots in the house she liked to poo! When she first met Diego she really hissed at him, over and over, but Diego persisted and now they are great friends. Sometimes at odd hours of the morning they get to playing and annoy us, and sometimes Charlotte attacks our unmoving feet in bed while we are asleep. There are more pictures of this little cutie to come.
