If I can even refer to it as that! Our garden is looking very sad as I have cut every last pumkin from it and our watermelons are extremely puny. I have every single pumkin we grew sittinf on our front porch! Not as crazy as it sounds since there are only seven and six of them are very little. I have learned a few things about gardening and am hoping for a better and bigger crop next year. I am just very happy that we each have a pumkin and there is one giant pumkin.
Anyone recognize the Witches hat from a super Saturday a few years back? It is among my very favorite SS items. I love how it looks with the paint colors on my door.

I've been really wanting to start a garden. It's just been tough finding the time while I was pregnant and post baby and now we need to wait a season. Anyway, my dad's a great gardner and has gardened as long as I could remember. They were huge and luscious. He tells me it takes few season of crop to work the soil into good soil and it always starts small but once you have a few crops it just gets better and better. Obviously I don't know real gardening terms. I bet next summer and fall you will notice a difference.
I love your pumpkins !! Especially the little blonde one !!!! Love yA R
that's great! I have yet to grow a good pumpkin! And I love the witches hat too! I didn't get to make one cuz I was teaching another class...but it looks great on your door!

Great job on the pumpkin...we couldn't get any to grow this year...all ours came from the pumpkin patch...your entry looks adorable!
