A good Sweat

In my never ending quest to lose weight I have discovered a great workout that is less than 30 minutes. It is Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. There are 3 different workouts, 3 different levels. I have been doing them for several months now and I wish I could say that I've lost weight but I have not. However, my body is changing and many people have said they have noticed that I'm losing weight, so that's good. The workouts consist of a brief warm up, 3 circuits of 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs and then a cool down stretch. It's a tough workout but if you can hang in there for about 24 minutes or so then you're done!

Don't I look nice after my workout?!

You do look great and you are an inspiration! I need to ride my bike more...instead of just looking at it while I eat!!! Thanks for the making me want to sweat! :)

I saw you at Costco tonight but you were too far away to talk to...and I thought you looked GREAT! I remember thinking that at the time.

You go girl! ;)
I have that same video and did it once. I need to start doing it, but we lost the dvd remote and I can't get the dvd to start. Lame!
Keep up the good work!

Good job Kelly! I like that DVD, I need to try it again more consistantly. I mean, really, who can't somehow fit in 20 minutes of exercise somewhere? Right? Well, 20 minutes, and then time to clean up from all that sweat!:) You're an inspiration, thanks!:) Hey, btw, that's quite the sunburn girl!:)

good job kelli. I think you always look great. I haven't tried that work out. Seems like I would like it too. It is harder to lose weight now at my age. It use to be so much easier. I am proud of you. :)

Yeah, it looks like a sunburn but unfortunatley that is my "tan" color. I promise I'm not burned but my skin is very red when I get color. My dad looked like an indian when he was tan.
