Selective color

One of my favorite things to do with pictures is to select certain things out of the picture using the magnetic lasso tool and then select inverse and remove the color so the part you select is the only one that is in color. When I did the previous post as soon as I saw this picture of Miss P at the beach I knew that I had to do it. There is a section in our hallway that I have pictures like this of the boys and she was looking at them the other day and I realized that we needed one of her, so now I have it! It looks even better in a frame. Another nice touch was that our black ink is low so it came out looking softer or more washed out and I love it.
