Charlotte joins the Family!

Ok, so this one isn't Charlotte! My parents went camping and brought us home 6 beautiful trout and this is one of them before it got cooked. Thanks Mom and Larry, they were so yummy!

This is Charlotte when she first joined our family. Tyler makes a lot of visits to the members of our church ward because he is EQ pres. Anyhow, one of the families he visited had a cat that had kittens and there was one left, so guess who came home with the last kitty? Tyler, who claims he is not an animal lover. I love animals, kind of. I just see them now and all I seem to really see is more work for me. I said yes we could keep her though because I'm kind of a softie and I love my kiddos. She has been a pretty good cat though, aside from finding a few spots in the house she liked to poo! When she first met Diego she really hissed at him, over and over, but Diego persisted and now they are great friends. Sometimes at odd hours of the morning they get to playing and annoy us, and sometimes Charlotte attacks our unmoving feet in bed while we are asleep. There are more pictures of this little cutie to come.

Did you have to skin the fish? I never cooked a whole fish before.

Well, some people like the skin, I do not, so after I cook it I just peel the skin back. If you cook the fish correctly then the meat just falls away from the skin.

Kelly, Hi it's Heather "Barkume". I graduated with you from CHS. I have no idea how I found your blog this evening but I just linked you on mine and I look forward reading about you and your sweet babies! H

Heather, I remember you silly! I was talking to Audrey at our HS reunion and she told me that you had a blog, I'm glad you found me. I don't know how to comment on yours yet, I'll figure it out soon. I hope you get this message!
